Embroidery Process

Everything we do begins with great artwork. Whether you already have a design or you need us to create something unique for you, we have got you covered. For your own design, simply submit your artwork and we will take it from there. For a new design, you will work personally with a designer to create the perfect design for your needs. Once the artwork is approved, we move your project on to the next step.

After your artwork has been submitted or created, it is then sent through our digitizing software. This software converts a digital image into data that guides the operation of our machines. This data tells the machine where to begin sewing, what stitch style and what color of thread to use. It really is amazing!

This is an important step. There are industry standard placements for embroidery such as, left chest for a business logo. But we do more than that. Depending on your apparel and style there are almost limitless options to where we can embroider your design. When you decide, with our guidance what placement will work best for your needs, we move on to the next phase.

Each item we embroider needs to be hooped before putting it onto the embroidery machine. We hoop your item along with a stabilizer to provide even tension on the sew out area. This ensures that the garment or item doesn’t stretch, move or stitch out poorly.

Our embroidery machines will sew out a variety of items. Each style of item will have a different hoop. We will setup the machine for your specific item, whether it’s a flat surface or a cap. In this step we also send your digitized design to our machine, double check the needle and thread selections and alignment of the design to garment.

We are now ready to let our embroidery machines do what they do best. Sew out your design! Each item is closely observed for quality during the sewing process to be sure there are no problems with the sew out. When the sew out is complete, one of our humans will remove the items from the machine & hoops, trim any loose threads and inspect for quality.

Your items are now complete! We do one final inspection of your items and if everything looks perfect, we will package up your items and a real person will contact you to arrange pickup or shipping of your items.
