Refund & Return Policy

At Three Rivers Printing & Design (TRPD), we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. Because many of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of our fulfillment and printing process.

Custom Orders — No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom screen-printed apparel

  • Embroidered hats

  • Logo-printed stickers, bandanas, or promotional items

  • Subscription box items created for your business

Please double-check all proofs, sizing, artwork files, and order details before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing flaw:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email trrshirtshop@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once approved, we will:

  • Reprint and reship the item at no additional cost, OR

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Refunds Not Issued For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or changing your mind

  • Incorrect sizing (unless the size printed differs from your order)

  • Misspellings or design errors approved in the final proof

  • Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase, unless production has already started. After that window, your order is considered final.

Shipping Issues

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, TRPD is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS)

  • Weather-related interruptions

  • Customs delays (for international orders)
