Welcome to Three Rivers Printing & Design (“TRCPD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, subscription services, custom merchandise, and any related services offered through www.threeriversprinting.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using our Site or purchasing from TRCPD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

Subscription customers are also subject to our Members-Only Terms Addendum, which governs subscription access, customization, lockout periods, and billing cycles.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally able to enter into binding contracts

  • All information you provide is accurate and current

  • You are using the Site for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

2. Products, Custom Orders & Subscriptions

TRPD specializes in custom-printed and embroidered merchandise, including but not limited to hats, shirts, stickers, bandanas, and branded apparel.

Subscriptions

We offer recurring monthly subscription plans, including Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until paused or canceled

  • You are responsible for reviewing and updating quantities, artwork, shipping details, and instructions before the monthly lockout deadline (typically 48 hours prior to renewal)

  • Once the lockout period begins, the order is considered final, enters production, and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded

  • Additional boxes, add-ons, or customizations may be available for an additional fee during the allowed edit window

3. Artwork, Design Files & Customer Responsibilities

By submitting artwork, logos, text, or design files, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it

  • The artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

  • You accept responsibility for spelling, layout, color selection, and design approval

TRCPD is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork once approved or sent to production.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize TRCPD to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, shipping, and recurring charges

  • Store payment information securely through our third-party payment processors

Failure to successfully process payment may result in delayed production, suspended services, or cancellation of future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address(es) provided in your account

  • You are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate prior to production

  • TRCPD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds, Returns & Defects

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

Refunds, replacements, or reprints are offered only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Errors caused directly by TRCPD

All issues must be reported within the timeframe outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. Failure to report issues promptly may result in denial of claims.

7. Account Security & Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

TRCPD is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to customer negligence.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and layout—is the property of TRCPD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission

  • Use TRCPD branding, logos, or designs for commercial purposes without authorization

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Upload malicious code or harmful materials

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

10. Suspension & Termination

TRCPD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Abuse of services

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Failure to pay

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

TRCPD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Site availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Specific results from use of our products or services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TRCPD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TRCPD in the three (3) months preceding the claim

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRCPD, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your submitted artwork or content

  • Your violation of these Terms

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Idaho.
