Subscription Terms Of Use

Members-Only Terms of Use Addendum (Subscriptions)

Effective Date: January 8, 2026

This Members-Only Terms Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to customers enrolled in TRCPD subscription plans and supplements the main Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, this Addendum controls for subscription-related matters.

1. Subscription Access & Member Accounts

Subscription customers receive access to:

  • A personalized My Account dashboard

  • Subscription management tools

  • Order history and invoices

  • Members-only pages, resources, or tools (if applicable)

Access is contingent on an active, paid subscription.

2. Monthly Cycle & Lockout Period

Each subscription operates on a recurring monthly cycle.

You agree that:

  • Subscription edits must be completed before the lockout deadline (Subscription changes lock 48 hours before billing. After that, no changes can be made to the upcoming shipment.)

  • Once lockout begins, the order is finalized and sent to production

  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after lockout

3. Customization & Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

  • Uploading correct artwork

  • Selecting quantities and options

  • Reviewing all order details prior to lockout

TRCPD is not responsible for missed changes or incomplete instructions once production begins.

4. Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled prior to lockout.

You authorize TRCPD to:

  • Charge your stored payment method for each renewal

  • Process applicable taxes, shipping, and add-ons

Failed payments may result in delayed production or temporary suspension of member access.

5. Pause, Cancellation & Reactivation

  • Subscriptions may be paused or canceled outside the lockout period

  • Cancellation during lockout applies to future billing cycles only

  • Reactivation may be subject to updated pricing or availability

6. Member Content & Usage

Members-only content, pages, pricing, or tools are provided for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Distribute members-only materials

  • Grant access to non-members

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

7. Termination of Membership

TRCPD reserves the right to terminate or restrict membership access for:

  • Abuse of services

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of Terms of Use

  • Fraudulent or unlawful behavior

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

Subscription offerings, customization options, and inventory availability may change. TRCPD does not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific products or quantities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Membership access is provided “as is.” TRCPD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to subscription use, missed edits, or fulfillment timing.

10. Acceptance

By enrolling in a TRCPD subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to:

  • The Refund & Return Policy

  • The Privacy Policy
